ABOUT the STUDIO

Artistic Images is DIFFERENT than most!
Elizabeth has a 2 1/2 acre portrait garden at her studio as well as an array of indoor settings. From traditional studio portraiture to eclectic or trendy settings, Elizabeth's creativity will flow when she meets you and sees YOUR style! The Senior Gallery holds many images she has created in the past, but as no two people are alike, so are no two images ever going to be the same. Elizabeth's goal is to create a truly unique experience for you resulting in a group of images unlike anyone else's.
At Elizabeth and Artistic Images, we take a unique approach to photography. We believe that the portraits we create deserve to be printed so they can be truly enjoyed and appreciated. While we do love sharing these beautiful moments on social media, we know that those fleeting seconds of scrolling don't do them justice. Your portraits deserve to be printed and cherished for years to come, creating a legacy for future generations. Our goal is to create stunning Wall Art, Albums, and small printed portraits that bring joy to your home every day.
Meet the Portrait Artist
Elizabeth Homan established her studio in 1992 after earning a BFA in Ballet and a minor in Photography from Texas Christian University. Her exceptional talent quickly garnered recognition within the community and the professional photography industry.
As one of the youngest women in Texas to achieve the prestigious Master of Photography, Certified Professional Photographer, and Photographic Craftsman degrees from the Professional Photographers of America, Elizabeth has consistently demonstrated her dedication to her craft. She has received numerous awards in San Antonio and across Texas, and her portrait photography is recognized nationally year after year.
Years ago, Elizabeth Homan purchased a beautiful piece of land on the north side of San Antonio to bring her vision of a portrait studio to life. She designed and built a 4,000-square-foot studio on 2.5 acres, creating a serene oasis for photographing her clients.
Elizabeth is married to Trey, and together they have three boys—Jacob, Jackson, and Josh—and two Aussiedoodle puppies. Her passion for photography is matched by her commitment to creating the best possible images for each of her clients, telling their unique stories through her lens. She believes in showcasing her portraits as Wall Art and Storytelling Albums, crafting unique pieces for every person she photographs.
In addition to her photography business, Elizabeth and her family love to travel the world. This passion led to the creation of a side business, Inspired Adventures, allowing them to share some of the world's most beautiful places with others. Learn more at www.inspiredadventures.net
